Refund policy

Claims for defects and right of withdrawal

The delivered products are to be checked by the customer for completeness and defects immediately upon receipt. Wrong deliveries, missing quantities and defects (transport damage excluded) are to be reported within 14 days after delivery by e-mail to hello@urbanfair.shop. If a complaint is not made within 14 days, the delivered products are considered approved and all warranty claims are excluded.
For replacement or reimbursement of defective goods the customer must provide photo proof of said goods and their damage.

Customers can make use of their right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery. Report the order (gift sets, vouchers, digital goods and reduced items are excluded from this right) by e-mail to hello@urbanfair.shop and you will be given a return address.

The value of the goods will be refunded to the customer after receipt of the return. Each product must reach us unused, unopened and undamaged. Damaged and used goods will not be accepted.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund until your order has been processed/shipped. Please write us an email at hello@urbanfair.shop to cancel your order. Once you receive the automatic shipping notification from Shopify, your order cannot be cancelled anymore.
