Terms of Sale
Your order represents an offer to us to conclude a sales contract between you and The Curated GmbH. As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. A sales contract between you and The Curated GmbH is in force as soon as we have handed over the products you have ordered for shipping and have sent you a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Until you have received the shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order free of charge by email to hello@urbanfair.shop. In this case, the full purchase value (including delivery costs) will be refunded to you.
The products remain the property of The Curated GmbH until the ordered goods have been paid for in full.
Prices
The prices given are in Swiss francs (CHF) and excluding shipping costs and VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Delivery, shipping costs
Shipping is free of charge on all orders in Switzerland. We do not ship to other countries at the moment.
The Curated excludes any liability for lost packages. For lost or undelivered packages - delivered using a tracking code - please contact your local postal service.
Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or defective address can be sent again after the delivery costs have been paid again. The Curated GmbH does not control the delivery addresses and assumes no responsibility for their accuracy.
Rights and obligations arising from this agreement are subject to Swiss substantive law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland where the Curated GmbH is registered.
